Our food origins are in the Southern States and their love of food prepared 'low and slow', traditionally burning wood to cook and using the smoke to flavour meat, then adding home made spiced rubs and sauces. We've grown this idea into unique menus for all types of events from festivals to weddings and everything in between.
Morgan, our chef & pitmaster worked for years in fine dining before visiting the States, inspired by the relaxed Southern States style of cooking, the food trucks revolution and the love of all things BBQ. His aim is to bring the best from American BBQ, combine it with the finest local produce and serve it up to the good people of Yorkshire from our custom built Airstream trailer.
