Our meat is locally sourced within Yorkshire.  We make sure all our food is fresh and everything is home made to our own recipes wherever possible.  Our wonderful suppliers include Burtons Butchers, less than a mile from our door; a local business with an excellent reputation who supply our grass fed, free roaming Givendale Beef.  R&J Farmers and Butchers champion our Freedom Food and Red Tractor approved Yorkshire meats including our signature rare breed pork shoulder and belly. Our artisan bread is baked fresh and supplied by our local bakery Fullers in Pocklington.  We strive to use independent and local businesses for our other produce where we can. 

We are also passionate about building a sustainable and environmentally responsible business.  All our packaging is recycled and biodegradable.  We try to reduce food waste wherever we can and keep the travelling distance of our supplies as low as possible.
